The only way I can think it working is a 7 man KOTH with you AFK, we would have to make a classic gauntlet rather than Round Robin to make it less awkward so if you have team A and Team B, you start it with A1 vs B1, all of A and Bs 2 and 3are AFK.
If A1 wins B2 exits AFK so he will fight A1 next and if B2 wins A2 exits from AFK does that make sense?

You wouldn't need much prep time unlike a tourney lol but if you guys need more time that's cool gives us more time to think of a proper clan name I guess

Edit:hell I would of said lets do it later today but I decided to pull an all nighter to get my sleep routine back to normal, so I wouldn't want to give you all that easy advantage
