Based on the above, I think that the ideal Kombat Pack 2:
Kabal, Smoke, Cyrax. Fourth fighter maybe Rain???

Yeah id want kabal , i still go back to mk9 just to play him sometimes plus i dont think he would be as broken , nomad dash cancels would be stamina dependent so you could only do them 4 or 3 times or even less and as for iagbs..... i dont know why does it matter anyways let him be broken

Nomad dash is his signature move , maybe make it cancelable only in one variation? I still want it in all of his variations tho i want him to be broken

He's a former cop who got disfigurement by Kintaro's flames....and somehow developed superspeed, wears an unexplainable mask and sports two hookswords....but where did he get them from? Kabal's mysteriousness isn't cool or on Joker's level (no one really knows Jokers origin)

so fuck Kabal.
Make a new speedster, or just make Smoke or Reptile the speedster of the MKX World.

Did you not play story mode? His respirator was made from Shang Tsung's magic/Kano and Kano is the one who gives him his hookswords back. Superspeed doesn't need an explanation, it's just badass k

Kabal was one of my favourites way back in the beginnings of MK, but I don't miss him at all now.

I always found his buzzsaw moves weird anyway and the combination of those with all his other tools an odd mix. He always seemed to me a dumping ground for tools and moves they wanted to include but didn't fit on anyone else.

I'd be happy if they moved away from him as a character. Rain, Noob, Smoke, Skarlet, Sindel, Fujin, even Frost (who I find really uninteresting) and several others could be made to fit this game with much more excitement from me.
