I only hope that MKX doesn't bring half of cheap stuff MK9 did, like shit resets and stupid other stuff that people know MK9 has and will never be fixed

I think that by default he won't be as op as he was in MK9 just from the translation of his moveset into the new system. His specials would get divided between the three versions and this is probably the only way to normalize him

Say what? In MK9 we see how Kabal is deformed by Shao Khan's extermination squads. In future MK's we will see Kabal's part in the reformation of The Black Dragon in the alternate timeline.
