Uninterruptable Run Cancels?

I;m trying to figure out what run/dash cancels in the game are true blockstrings(i.e you can't armor through them). Only one I can think of is Dvorahs f112 one. Is there any more?

I Believe so, Since Scorpion can't do it anymore, maybe Liu.

A list JC got 4skrc and 114 skrc.... LK got some too!

Liu's F213~FBRC is around +15. You are guaranteed into another F213~FBRC, if your cancels are good enough you can do another FBRC into F213~FBDC(which is a little + as well, don't know how +).
If I remember correctly Liu's F44~FBRC into F12 is a guaranteed blockstring as well.
Liu doesn't have any others as far as I know.

Liu Kang kan do F213 Fireball Kancel into uninterruptable low or just loop it until he runs out of stamina.

And with his plus 4 stuff he kan always go into B1 for that armor breaking.
