Hey everyone I go by the name DarkShadow.
Some of you might know/heard of me from the Brawl scene.
I use to(recently quit) play Brawl at a competitive level for 2 years now but then I got tired of it's campy playstyle... I got too use to it last tournament and camped almost everyone in all of the sets haha.
Before I got into the Brawl scene, I wanted to play Melee at a competitive level but the scene in my area died over time with Brawl practically taking it's place. Now during my career throughout Brawl, I started learning Melee more and more from old school players that started appearing way more. During those times, I was interested in SSFIV so I gave it a shot and mained Fei Long and secondary Ken but never entered a tourney for that game as of yet.
Well as you can see, I have a competitive background and what I've heard from many, MK9 is quite balanced of a game. Funny thing is, I never liked the series, I despised it but after I quit Brawl, I said why not give the game a go? And well, I like the game a lot haha.
I mained Reptile from day 1 and trying to secondary Sub/Scorpion/Freddy/Smoke. I am mostly training my Reptile though so it can be perfect. This game isn't as easy as Brawl where I was able to use half of the cast at a high level hahaha.
So yup, there's my long introduction and hope to have a fun time in the MK scene! ^_^
