Report the top 16 of past majors here pls

Hey guys, we angolans have been working on Rankings for MKX tournaments and such, though you guys have a more stacked up majors i'm asking to list the past majors top 16 here pls, we would like to give US and UK a room for tournament rankings as well.

I'm not sure if you guys keep track of number of game played and wins as we do, my guess is probably due the amount of participants you guys get, so i'm asking for the top 16 only if you guys can be accurate with wins and total games payed, if not, that's okay, knowing the placings of the top 16 will be enough.

I personally want to keep track of the most dominant and consistent players US, UK, has, and i would like this thread to be the solely for that purpose so i can keep updating our data base with the results.

Since we're kinda small, we're taking baby steps, but i promise to show how things are once i got the data.

So you guys can have an idea of how the ranking will work :
ESL online won't count
Fatal 8 doesn't either since it was a single elimination tournament.
All US and UK majors will have a pre-defined rating to score the top 16.

Canada has always struggled to get noticed by the FGC as a whole so I don't really lump them together. You didn't mention Toryuken though so I thought you were excluding it for some reason.
