Week 7 Character Salt Report

Holy fuck it is a warzone in here O_O by the way my prediction for next weeks salt report is kenshi being OP because damn my friends have been putting me under the roast since i main kenshi even though i have been maining him since day 1 and didnt abandon him when everyone realized he was garbage and tried very hard to make my main work, (to be fair i did my fair share of bitching but then i stopped about a week or a week and a half after) but yeah now people are thinking nether realm went too far with his buffs and now everyone i speak with about him pretty much roasts me for using an OP character even though im a kenshi loyalist :/

I will hold you guys to a higher standard though, because I personally don't remember any Kenshi main thinking he was bad until Pig let it be known and then everyone jumped on the bandwagon, whereas Y'all have pretty much been saying Kitana was shit from day 1. So, Props for that I guess...

I don't even acknowledge the Kenshi community at all, because they, for the most part, just piggy back(no pun intended) on whatever Pig has to say.

That's because Kenshi WASNT the unplayable mess Pig wanted the community to think he was. He was just fine. The buffs were completely unnecessary to compete, and all Pig has proved is if one person whinges and bitches loud they can get buffs no matter how ok a position your character is in. Pig doesn't understand balance after MK9, and thinks that balanced characters should no have any weaknesses to offset their strengths, and wanted another say, Kung Jin instead of being happy with a mid tier character. Guaranteed if Pig had mained any of the other balanced members of the cast, say Scorpion or Cassie, there would have been nonstop whinging and rallying all his players to convince the TYM community that this is the most underpowered character, while doing exactly what he did with Kenshi and ignoring / changing the subject whenever someone brings up valid criticism. Not your fault, Pig needed an OP character to compete in MK9 and he still needs one to compete in MKX, so he's thrown his tantrum for NRS to turn on easy mode for him. We'll see where Kenshi sits in a bit though, it's too early to judge him as OP just yet.




NRS needs to learn to separate volume of feedback from quality.
