how to stop tempest okie pressure

just got done fighting not the best kung ive faced, but the best pressure tempest. my goodness i could barely do everything. he hat spined every starter to make it safe and hit confirmed if he landed the combo. the corner was crazy, once i got there i basically wasn't leaving. i capitalized on maybe two opportunities but was carried and chipped back due to the hat spin. he poked to hat spin f24 hat spin poke poke poke f24 hat spin, maybe some b22 every once in a while. i knew what was happening entirely, i just couldn't stop it.

I don't believe so especially when I played Quan because his armour is trash. But tempest hat will usually knock out my armour and then a two hit string stuffs me. He used the Hell out of the hat while still pulling out 40%s

his pokes are garbage bro, only d1 works and its -5, hat spin is -3, d4 spinhat doesnt confirm, dont get intimidated by hat spin, it isnt as good as it looks, you couldve poked back, also block high all the time, f23 give you time to react to the low, dont let them get away with that ghetto frame trap f23spinhat f23 spin, the only thing you need to respect is his mb spin and its super punishable, laos are mb spin happy all the time, bait this

Armor reversal between the F2 and the 3. Also anytime he cancels into the hat in a random string, you can armor through the hat. They aren't true block strings afaik.

Might be you eat the hat afterwards; can't say for sure.
If you get poked by Lao and block it it basicly means a free throw (I hope I'm not talking BS here but throw has 9f startup I believe) and/or start of your pressure.
