How to go full screen on PS4 KoTH?

I notice it says in the patch notes says there's a way to fullscreen KOTH on controllers without a touchpad. Does anyone know how you do it? I use a PS4 stick and would love to know how!

also I just got my hori fc4 and I remember someone (@GGA Dizzy maybe?) posted how to reset practice situations without a touchpad but now I need to know and I can't figure it out lol

You need to have pause delay enabled and double tap/press the options button
