Let's talk: MKX on PC

So I've been playing on PC for a bit and have really struggled with it to hit combos consistently at all and play online. Have tried an Xbox controller, PS4 Controller, PDP Pad, and Qanba Q4.

Seeing as how they didn't patch PC this week like they did the PS4 and Xbone, I all but gave up. I went and picked up a PS4 bundle at Fry's today ($399 with the last of us, destiny, battlefield hardline, and a PS4 camera).

Just played a few minutes in Training Mode, and I'm hitting combos I couldn't do in PC on any controller. So it's not only online PC that's screwed up, it's the whole game apparently.

While it is uglier than on my PC, and I'm not really a console gamer, at least it's enjoyable now! Wish I could get my money back for the PC version and kombat pack.

And if you're wondering, I tried all of those controllers and this is my PC specs, so it's not that I shouldn't meet the minimum ..

You probably should have headed the thousands of warnings to not pick up the PC port... Just saying the PC port had a horrible rep since day one and for very good reason

I have not noticed any differences in execution between PC and PS4.

Are you getting constant 60 FPS?(there are people with godlike rigs that have issues with this)
What driver are you using for the PS4 controller?
What are your in-game settings for input(negative edge, ...)?

I kinda agree that MK X on PC is somewhat terrible, there have been issues day one that shouldn't have existed(controller issues, optimization, ...).
Also that PC gets the changes much later and not even all the changes...

Yes, I tried several variations, locking 60fps, vsync/no vysync, SLI/no SLI, lowering hz on monitor, etc. I get over 100fps steady if I just let it run. However, not as crispy as playing on this console.

Well I bought the game casually on Steam. My bad for expecting it to work. :)

Yeah PC MKX is the worst port of game I've ever personally experienced. I know there has been some other bad ones, but this one has to be up there with the worst of them.

I'm stuck with it though. Hopefully it improves.
