Well there is a great deal of debate at the moment about which character is better and it seems to occasionally get quite heated, so it is probably time for something a little more lighthearted. What is your personal tear list? Who strikes fear in to your heart whenever you see some asshole pick them on the character select screen???vMaybe you know someone who is amazing at the character, or maybe it is just that you always find it an uphill battle for your main/s. On the other end of the scale, maybe your main does well against these characters or you do not know many people that play them well.

For me:

S+ (broken tear - boo hoo!) Reptile, Cyrax, Ermac, Kano

S Skarlet, Stryker, Noob, Cyber Sub

A+ - Shang, Jax, Johnny Cage, Sub Zero

A Liu Kang, Mileena, Kitana, Freddy

B+ - Sonya, Kabal, Kenshi, Scorpion,

B - Baraka , Quan Chi, Raiden, Rain, Kung Lao,

C+ Jade, Sheeva, Smoke, Sindel, Nightwolf

So who makes you cry?

It's weird. I seem to struggle more with the characters on the bottom of the tier list. It's probably just matchup knowledge, but frustrating.

Kitana has a bunch of hard matchups but vs. Reptile is like a 0-11. I don't want to get crazy here but maybe it's time to think about a ban. Reptile players that place should at least forfit half their winnings.

More Sonya hate than expected, she's good, she's always been good, but is it the patch and an actual ex cartwheel that works like its actually supposed to thats pissing everyone off? She certainly does have enough bad match ups though at least for me, Noob, Ermac, Kenshi, Reptile, Kitana, are all massive pains in the ass for her in my experience.

*No particular order for each tier*

Top Tier (Best Chars In The Game): Kabal, Sub Zero, Cyrax, Kung Lao, Raiden, Reptile, Kitana, Mileena, Freddy

Competitive Tier (Competitive chars that have plenty of tools to compete but not are not as good as the top dogs): Nightwolf, Johnny Cage, Skarlet, Liu Kang, Cyber Sub, Sonya, Scorpion, Sektor, Smoke, Jax, jade, Kano, Kenshi, Rain,

Neutral Tier (Chars that CAN be competitive with the odds usually but not always against you) Sindel, Stryker, Baraka, Quan Chi, Shang Stung, Sheeva, Ermac, Noob Saibot

Kratos is excluded, he is god of war tier.
