Cannot get a "Quitality"

I do not understand it. I have people quitting on me all the time, obviously from me beating them by a far amount and the game actually freezing, then saying, "Online session is unavailable" and pulling me back to the menu screen.

In reality, I already know that when this happens, the person who is losing has quit. It has happened too many times under the same circumstances for that not to be the case. However, each and every time instead of a "Quitality" I get "Online session is unavailable" and get shoved to the main menu.

Why is this? Anyone else having the same problem?

they did one of four things, if on ps4 then they quit application, turned off the console, ejected the disk from the console, or pulled out the ethernet cable. unfortunately my connection out of nowhere likes to crap out on me so sometimes it looks like i rage quitted when i didnt, my internet is really fucking weird, it likes to have flawless connection then OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE poof. gone, cant get back online for like 10 minutes

Yep, same here. I'm getting plenty of RQ's but very few Quitalities. I think people are just pulling a plug or some shit, so they won't get a loss.
