Opponent DC and you get loss/DC %?

Have anyone else noticed that if your opponent leaves during character select or even during a fatality, you get the loss and the DC % increase?
I just noticed it when i was looking in my combat history that i had 5% disconnects (I havent dc'ed once) and then after another player left the game it increased to 6% ?
Is this the same glitch that existed in Injustice?

Some of us doesnt want to look like someone who just DC because of a bad match.

even if leaderboard rank is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, this is still a terrible feature that was fixed in injustice, but somehow put back it mkx.

Yeah it sucks. Lets just hope they dont add somthing that makes you less viable for playing. Lets say if you get 20% DC you get paired up with lagy/ragequiting players more
