Try to mess around with v-synch. Chances are your GPU is set to prioritize in-game settings and now that it is in the game, you're playing with what effectively are higher settings which causes trouble. V-synch tend to be a bitch when your hardware isn't overkill for particular game.

There's also "frame smoothing", I think you can set FPS cap at 30 with it or something.

Why would you ever lock the frame rate to 30. ESPECIALLY in a fighting game. That sounds like the worst thing you could do.

I definitely notice worse performance even after tweaking the options. Also the resolution issue is still there for me, I have to play in a small window instead of fullscreen and at a resolution lower than what I did pre-patch.

Also I now disconnect from about 80% of online games, including those with people from my city which worked perfectly fine pre-patch. Yay.

Yeah, I had some frame rate issues crop up post-patch. Yesterday, switched V-Sync to Fixed (I believe that's the name of the option) and most problems seem fixed.

It plays slightly lesser than pre-patch now, and is very negligible. I'm sure nVidia will be increasing performance in future driver updates too.

Actually I don't. Considering how many people actually do really rage and want to do something like this though, or make other kinds of horrible threats online, it's not the best in-taste joke.

Thanks for trying to be funny though. Bravo. A little tact would go so much better.

Actually I really don't give a fuck whether you get it or don't. It's not a rocket science to understand a joke, but it seems like some people are incapable for even that lol.

Thanks for the laughs tho, keep coming with these excuses.

Anybody run into an issue where MK10 doesn't shut down after exiting the game? I have to manually go to task manager and kill the process every time.

Also there's a glitch in all versions of the game where you can get the mobile costumes for just viewing someone's kombat history who has those costumes. Pretty stupid. I got all 4 mobile costumes for just looking at 2 profiles.

Yeah i did that today and got my Jax skin I am happy!!! I have ran into the closing glitch on occasion also. After the patch I have been getting weird artifacts on the training stage only and randomly the inputs will flash in random spots on the screen.

Other then that the patch runs good for me no complaints.

Yes same problem. Well not allways when I myself quit the game, but usally I allways crash to desktop but I still have to close the game manually.

I do get it, and I hope someday you will to. At a time when developers regularly receive death threats and harassment, etc., stuff like this isn't funny.

You made a bad, tasteless joke, got called on it, and can't deal with that call. Keep winning the internet, keyboard warrior.

One thing the patch broke for me is the something the patch was supposed to fix lol.

The game doesn't save my video settings anymore and I have to re-set them every time I launch the game.

I didn't have that problem before the patch, and the patch notes say that the patch was actually supposed to fix that...

I'm getting massive frame drops after some matches.

2 or 3 matches in a row will be fine, and then the next match turns into a scuba diving lesson where I get 10fps. After that unbearable match, it goes back to normal. Then in another 2 or 3 I'll get a massive drop again. It was never like this for me before the patch... I was able to run everything on high no problem.

This game is complete ass on PC lol

That's a weird one, and it's the first time I've heard of that. Are the settings you're tying to use the same that GeForce Experience recommends, and if not, could it be auto-applying them?

The game is not that bad for everyone. It's working fine for me as long as I don't have anything else running like a stream on twitch. Btw, I have a pretty old video card (470GTX). I am using recommended settings from Geforce Experience.

I just hate the inconsistency of it. Before the patch, everything was fine for me, but now I'm getting frame drops.

Hopefully in a couple of months the game will stabilize and will become a lot more playable for people on PC.

For now I think I'm just gonna stick with the PS4 version.

What's your system specs, and what's your V-Sync in-game set to? I had to set mine to "Fixed" to help resolve things post-patch.

I don't get it either. Before the last update I was playing with 45 fps but without stuttering nor slow motions, but after it I barely can play, the frame smooth is just dumb because it make the game run like if you were online, lag fest. Thank god there are 3 more dlc to launch so I hope they revert it at least.

P.S: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! :mad:
