Ya I've been messing with 233 lately. BTW, if you do 2334 in the corner, you have enough time to throw in d1 and cancel into df2.
Interesting... I was wondering if 233 could be used for low to the ground juggles in the corner, like near the end of a combo do 233~DF2?

Ok, so I don't know if this is known, but I found out that you can Dust in the corner after F12(2+4).

  • The first combo ends in shotgun for 50/50. (I believe it gives 50/50? You guys gotta let me know, as I'm just now starting to look into Jacqui seriously. I only dabbled before)
  • The second combo is 30% no meter and keeps corner. I'll be using this to replace that uppercut combo we have, as you get 4% more damage but you lose corner. Corner with Jac is too beneficial, imo.
  • The third "combo" is me before I settled on the second combo. As you can see, I was trying to push past that meterless 34% using corner Dust. Everything I tried dropped. I thought I possibly missed something that I could do, and I figured you guys would know better than me at this point.
I really like SG...and HT...FA I'm not so keen on, but maybe I just need to give it more love. I also play pad so delayed rockets are a pain. :mad:

Here's a shotgun corner combo, meterless for 36%. You lose corner, but you could end with a throw (during restand) for corner again.

You can get in a njp in after F12(2+4)
Rewatch the video. I do a NJP after launcher and before dust. Unless you were just making a general statement, in which case I apologize. :oops:

This is the combo I mentioned before. I'd rather lose the 6% and keep corner. Which is why I was looking for max SG corner without side switch.

I think high tech needs some love.
With regards to hightech, I had something going, but couldn't convert.

Corner Lvl2 charge: 33~QClvl2, 11, 1, f2u2(2+4).... then I get stuck. it has potential for huge damage meterless. 212 doesn't connect for HKD into OTG. first thing I tried and im sad.

Maybe after f2u2(2+4), try 4~bf2, jump up and to ground slam. Lvl 2 air ground slam does 13% damage otg

Or 4~bf2, 212, then ground slam . there's a few HT combos in the video thread

41-43% combo mid screen Full-Auto

First one: Ji2, 33, db2(ex), dash, 33, bf4
Second: Ji1, b33, db2(ex), dash, 33, bf4

In order for b33 to hit you need to Ji1, Ji2 pushes them too far for the first hit to connect.

People, FYI if you're posting damage values please do the combo without the jump in. We all know that our jump ins have terrible hitboxes, so while it's awesome that we've got followups for the times we do land 'em, it'd probably be better overall if we just posted the combo straight up.

mid screen 34% :
b33 xx df 2 xx run 33 xx bf 2, run 12 xx bf 4
36% with 33 starter

I don't think I have seen in it in this thread

Really tight timing to hit but F2U2, D3, 11, etc works in the corner. I'd figured out F2U2, D3 works when I was trying a setup in High Tech to get a free Gauntlet Buff but they could roll and punish it. Why does it have to be 60 frames? :(

If you want a free buff, you can go for f12 xx buff, it's a cancelable hard knockdown string, you are slightly plus after they wake up
They can still do a wake up attack, but I don't think they can punish you


edit : just tested it further, doesn't work on a juggle combo so it kinda sux ;P

You are looking to charge the gauntlets the them in the air with bf2 and knock them down with 232 I think it works well. It was mentioned before somewhere so I can't take credit.

b2 xx buff WORKS and you can block any wakeup that can reach you but it's kinda tight.

Tried it with Shinnok's ex shoulder charge (i randomed into him) but this might actually alleviate our woes.

Also, rechecked it, dunno what you're talking about f1,2 xx Gauntlet Buff works. Dunno what I'm doing that you guys are doing but for me it's fine.

So these are the bnb's I've been using for full auto. I haven't really been paying attention to what other people are doing so I was wondering if there's anything I'm missing and the standard is better?

My midscreen ones at least -
Meterless -
121~db3, run, 12~db2, run 12~bf4 - 33% (19 with no stamina, 121~db3, df2, 26 with only 1 run, just run up 12~bf4)
b2~bf4 - 21% (I don't think there's anything else you can do meterless off b2)
f12~db2, run 11, run 12~bf4 - 32%
b33~db3, run 12~db2, run 12~bf4 - 37% (same stuff with the 121 thing, 22% or 30% otherwise depending on stamina)
f3/f4 cancel b4 - same as b33 with 1% less for each

1 bar -
1212~mb db2, run, njp, run 33~bf4 - 40%
b2~mb db2, run, 33~bf4 - 37%
b33~mb db2, run, njp, run 33~bf4 - 42%
f1~mb db2, run, njp, run 33~bf4 - 39% (I don't see the point in using this that much unless you know f1 will hit since you can't hit confirm)

I don't know if this is known or not, but in the corner you can hit a nj1 after a grounded bf2 (must be nj1 as nj2 is 2 frames slower). It's probably a 1 frame link but it does exist. It might even be character/stance dependent.

I had no idea that nj1 was 2 frames faster than nj2. Thanks for pointing that out.

i like to do a bf2 AFTER njp in the corner. Sends them reaaaaally high :D This is also my mid-screen tactic if I catch someone with njp. Makes comboing really easy. A really easy mid-screen njp combo is... njp, bf2, jump kick(3), bf1. I think it's around 21% off-hand.
