how to learn new char,where to start

Ok i mained jax and i learned him pretty well in my opinion,so i want to learn second char do u think necromancer shinnok is good? And when i want to start to learn him what do to first?

It is early in the game so don't take my word for it but I heard bad thing's about necromancer. Though to my knowledge the other 2 variants are nice

Personally I like necromancer shinnok alot. He unsafe on a lot of his moves.he's more of a punisher character not a rush down in your face character but if that play style works for you it wouldn't hurt to try him out.
I mainly use necromancer and bone shaper for when I want more mix up check out the shinnok forums we always need more shinnok players
