Video/Tutorial - Mileena Mileena's F1 Hitbox Issue

As you all know, Mileena's F1 is two hits. Those two hits give her a great meaty attack since there are loads of active frames. However, there's an issue where the first hit won't register in some situations. It seems to happen whenever the opponent goes from a previous "state of being" to a crouching state as shown:

This definitely hurts her meaty game since moves that are normally a breeze to stuff become near impossible without that first hit. I'm not sure if there are any other instances like this. I'd be on the look out.

It used to be F1. I'm using D3 currently.

D4 has a bigger hitbox, more frame advantage on hit, and is only on frame slower. Seems like a better option since they are both similar.

True but I'm more concerned about block advantage personally. It's not quite 0 but it's better than D4 and works better around delayed rises.
