There's a minimum age limit for everything but that doesn't stop people from doing it.

I mean, you have to be 13 to use Facebook.

It's basically Google's Facebook, but it has a lot of neat ideas, such as its friend grouping that Facebook ripped off them at such a late point in the site's life (Who the fuck will take the time to group their 1000 ungrouped friends? Certainly not me).
