Can you exit the game (not Steam) while it's downloading everything, or do you need to remain in game?

You don't have to have MKX running, steam will just download stuff.

Anybody figured out a workaround for the button mapping yet? I tried XPadder but MKX overrides the XPadder emulation.

Seriously, this is absurd, I download the game, wether it was 3gb or not at 3.0 to 3.5 megs a second. Yet it is still downloading all this shit.

Smoke or Noobsaibot better at least be in one of these downloads, as a character you can fight or play as. I want to be going up the tower like in MKII, and suddenly fight this badass version of Smoke or Noob.

Wait till we get our collective heads out our butts before ever paying for our shit!" seriously, this is WHY we have demos or beta tests, all that shiz. but no, please pay $60-$90 NOW to see whether or not its worth it. sometimes this generation makes me so angry.

I mean whats the point of paying $60 for a game when you hardly ever get what you pay for. or worse, they want you to pay MORE UP FRONT for what MIGHT be coming out later.
