Right now, I have almost all characters selectable, but no stages. I'm just having fun picking Shinnok or Ferra/Torr on both sides for the laughs and yells respectively. lol

Haha, yeah, GEFORCE Experience is what keeps your video card drivers up to date... that should be pretty standard on your system if you're using an Nvidia GPU. The software you are looking for within geforce experience is called shadowplay. And protip, because it took me forever to figure this out when I started using it forever ago, is that whatever game you want to record must be in full screen mode. windowed and borderless windowed will not work, it has to be full screen. Let me know if you have any questions and I can try to get you set up

It's unfathomable how badly they fucked this up. Even with the content rolled out now, it still doesn't work the way they said it would. Mindboggling.

I have all the packs installed, I've restarted steam, but I'm still missing most of the content from the game. No story, no online, missing a handful of characters. I'm validating the files now...Validating did nothing.

With new Steam Download Streaming, you get to play your game while it downloads!

That's fucking great, if you'd actually give us stages in the first download. You have to download half the game before you are even given a stage to select, while all of your characters just stare at you in character select wishing they could be played.... downloading characters first doesn't do you any good if you don't give us a stage to play them on.

Same issue here with the same features missing. Game runs horribly too. I don't have a Supah-Computah, but it still should be good enough for this on Medium settings at least.
I did notice some install packs are not listed (5 and 9 for example)

Yeah... I'm at 60fps in training mode (Except during the X-Rays, obviously), but as soon as i alt/tab, i'm at like 25/35fps until i restart the game.

(I5 2500k, GTX670, 12GB Ram)

Was said... X-ray, fatalities and cutscenes are 30 fps locked in all plataforms.

I'm still stuck at the first 3 GB, when I try to run the game it gives me an error saying "content still encrypted" and it doesn't update anything :(

Anyone else has this problem?

Yeah, Horrible performance for me as well. 4670k @ 4.0GHz, GTX 770 Superclocked, 24GB RAM, game running on an SSD.... had to downgrade to 1080p and all settings on low and I still get frame stuttering. I dunno if that's something the devs fix, or if we're needing some new nvidia drivers, or what. This is grossly not a "my hardware is bad" issue, game's not doing something right. How are people on the red team doing performance wise? Xbone/PS4 based on AMD APUs, I wonder if it performs better on AMD hardware?

This is how my download goes downloading MKX
Small red spikes instead of one red block of 15MByte/sec, so annoying.
Maybe servers overloaded.

Oh seems to be so random, good download now.

Game is running fine for me, however, I'm all the way to the last download pack (the biggest one at 10 gigs) and still can't adjust my buttons. It is pretty much useless for me to go into training if I can't get my buttons set correctly. I'm not very happy with this streaming install shenanigans.

The game is very beautiful. Is a heavy game with max settings.
Here I have i5 3570k@4,2, GTX 970 G1, 8 GB Ram, SSD.
Running 1080p with very max settings. Smooth like butter. 60 fps locked (except cutscenes of course).

Sounds like you have the full game downloaded then. I should reserve judgement until I have every last file downloaded and installed.

So I have all available packs downloaded and still can't access all characters, does anyone have access to all? Scorp, Sub, and Takeda to name a few.

Also can't access online or Story mode.
