Let's talk: MKX on PC

These crashes are so annoying, i think the game will fully unlock in like 10 hours because yesterday when i looked it said 21hrs left which is basically 8pm here.

At least i'm getting a laugh from the review section

On a side note, unlockable characters suck big time. Still remember that SC5 tournament we had... "Hey, story isn't done on one of the consoles we are going to use, if nobody can come and beat it real fast tomorrow, we have to pray that there won't be too much APat and OPhyrra players".
I mean, seriously?..

Finally got my Goro DLC key from Nuuvem. Now it's the long wait till 17:00 CET. I'm just sad though that I have to be at work that time, so I can't even start my download.

EDIT: Just received my activation key for MK X, and activated my Goro pre-order key as well. Busy downloading the "3GB preload DLC menu patch" as I type this

I mean, seriously?..

it only takes like 30 minutes to do that. i run a lot of the sc5 events on EC. if we have consoles tht dont have the characters we just unlock them before the ballroom opens.

Two keys, I think one is the game and other is Goro.

If you want to unlock a steam achievement, you can select look at offline record from the menu,,,,

That's been the highlight of my MKX experience so far

Well I just finished downloading and tried to launch those 3 GBs to see what's up, and I get an error:
"An error occurred - content still encrypted"

Apparently they stopped letting people run the game now until they fix it - for people who download it newly, that is.

not for me, took this week off work to practice mk for the upcoming tournament i'm organizing
even payed double the price for the game, since i thought it's worth it
was super stoked to get the game on friday and steam just denies it

them saying it's available now and the rest of the content is being downloaded while playing, makes it even worse

But it was never promised to be out on Friday. Discounting that fuckup yesterday, game is being on schedule so far.

Yeah, there was a minor freakout due to some error, but ultimately it changes nothing.

The key wasn't showing up so I thought that maybe I had to download it through that. (Kinda impatient)

Anyway I got the steam key but it's not working so I'm assuming Steam isn't updated with the keys... Pretty annoying.

that's true, still ps4/xbox players managed to play it (which was probably not intended)

i'm still pissed that it's official release is today and everybody can play it except pc gamers
who even came up with setting a time until it's playable, WTF
they're even stating it's available now on the steam story page
