Only difference is a few more neg frames and slightly less range. It's still really really really good and armored.
On the plus side it has a bit bigger hitbox (atleast in balanced).
I can't tell you for sure, but he's definitely looking like a top or top-medium tier character. I think either way he's going to be someone not to screw around with.

In the Balanced kombos on the first page I think the corner reset has a 2,2 string after the Ex RK. Again, if you removed this because it was wrong then my point is moot

I noticed he doesn't have air control with the lows though, unlike oh swords. How do we feel about that difference? Also how well does each variation track the run with flurries?? Also his tp looks very fast and has great tracking.
