Cyborg/Cyber Ninja for DLC?

Let me start off by saying, that I'm very disappointed by the MKX roster. Way too many generic characters, I will simply not care about. If you like them, then I'm happy for you, but in my opin... ResidentSleeper.

What do you think, how high is the chance, that we see a second DLC pack (oh, we will) and that it includes four cyborgs? Sektor and Cyrax are a given and a travesty, that they're not already in the game. I would expect to see Smoke (as a cyborg unfortunately) in that pack, since he strikes me also as a fan favorite (or at least he is mine - even my third favorite game character over all!).

And then maybe a guest cyborg character... Maybe the one from iRobot? Terminator? I don't know.

at moment there are a lot of possibilities... i think predator prevented cyrax and sektor a bit, as their "dreadlock" head cables are a straight ripoff of his design.

The chance of that happening is almost non existent! Specialy with an all robot pack! Also, that would suck balls!!!

I think the second season pass is guaranteed with the fan outcry over the lack of actual MK characters in the first one. Tanya is the only actual MK character, two guests and Tremor being a throw-away who has 0 chance of appearing in future games.

I agree with this, but either switching out Spawn or Rain with Cyrax, he's got a huge demand, and i'm sure nrs has heard the complaints about no cyborgs

I'm tired of people complaining about too many "MORTALS" in MORTAL Kombat, hello? first off if I'm correct I remember something about sektor being killed off, so I doubt he will return in MKX, and after MK9's Cyrax who pretty much said "f*** the rules of the game" I welcome his absence , maybe he will return, if not there's always predator, but the way things are looking with some of these variations reminescent of old chars, I don't know what to think, pack it up?

Personally it's already my favorite MK because of this very reason, fuuuuuuuck the robots.. if they add a Robot as DLC I hope it's a Robot Sonya just to see people get butthurt coz she made the roster in MKX, twice!

IF they do a second pack & IF they put a cyborg in there it's likely gonna be Cyrax. In Sub Zero's MKX bio (I think) it says he killed Sektor when he was released from being one of Quan Chi's revenants (which also restored his human form...no more Robo-Frio). If they do another guest character it's likely gonna be spawn as Todd McFarlane already confirmed Warner Brothers has his blessing if they wanna do it & the fans are obviously on board with the idea. As far as MK originals... the most obvious choices are Smoke, Fujin, & Rain. But for those who bring up that Ed Boon said no repeat DLC... remember... he also said no MK characters would appear in Injustice (until Jim Lee himself said "I wanna design Scorpion for this game." & LBSH... who here would've said no to Jim Lee?). My point is... if people want it bad enough, the option is always on the table...& people's minds change based on new info/circumstances

I think the fact that cyborgs have been jobbing left and right in the comic is a sign. NRS is bored of and done with that idea, and they're more than ready to move on from it. Part of the thrust of MK9's story was even showing how the cyberization ultimately made the ninjas less effective. They're gone for good and probably things are better off for it.

I never liked the cyborgs anyway so I am not too fussed that they are gone personally but I do think they should put in at least one, preferably an all in one character with robosmoke/cyrax/sektor variations.
