Reptile blocked dash. Post patch

Oh my! Well, I'm not too worried, I try my best not to actually have my dash blocked. But that still a bit scary. And please tell me they didn't nerf his damage. That would just be obsurd.

This guy looks kind of tuff...
His blocked ex slide looks the same super punishable. His ex ball glitch is gone.

Actually after just testing his dash on PS3 (obviously pre patch still), to me it looks exactly the same as this except he goes back slightly a bit more in this video (matching the other threads notes of "more pushback on block"). So if anything, it looks like they buffed it. It looks like it takes the same amount of time for Reptile to block after the dash is blocked pre patch to me so so that's pretty funny considering the replies in this thread haha, not funny however because the dash should have been nerfed or just left alone, not buffed. As seen in the 2nd video, it's ridiculous, wth?

You are incorrect sir, it has already been stated in previous threads that Elbow dash is now -21 on block when before it was -15, so it was nerfed. However with this second video how much has it been tested? Can it be interrupted?

Every time my dash is blocked I end up eating a combo anyways. I have no problem with dat nerf especially with the sldie buff.

And CAT that elbow dash nerf won't stop me from beating you in another money match :)

As a Reptile main I'm gonna say NERF DAT DASH. We don't need to be canceling out of that shit, that's just dumb. Nerf it so it's punishable we don't need to have mini dash canceling going on

Is this possible for NRS to hotfix? Reo mentions in the video description that this happened during pre-patch as well, so does can other Reptile player recall this happening before too?

I've never seen it. I'm not sure if its hotfixable, if its a mistake in this patch then probably.. but if its always been there.. *headscratch* I guess the dash takes no chip. As long as you cant recovery cancel into something else it shouldnt be too much of a problem. I'll bet KL can spin him out of that. ...Maybe

Edit: My bad, it does take chip. I did not know that.

I heard about this on my way to Cleveland so I stopped at a gas station to check it out lol. Why the fuck does it have pushback on block now...and it seems like a glitch. If it weren't for the pushback, I'd go as far as saying this wouldn't do much.
