I think PS4 is not supported because, either Microsoft is sponsoring the entire League even through i couldnt find any MS banner on the site or they are just going with the plattforms they have experience on (Xbox One/PC). You probably do not want to host a big league/tournament on a plattform you have no experience on and rather start supporting a new plattform with a already established game.

This is really cool, but I do hope it comes to PS4 eventually. I'm sad they waited until the last minute to announce it, seeing as myself and many other picked up PS4s specifically for MKX. An earlier announcement could have drastically altered things in XBox's favor.

It's still an amazing way to kick off MKX.

The first showcase of high level play will be when they have the finals on July 11th. Hopefully the support will continue cause this is huge.

Last I checked EVO is using PS4 MKX and EVO probably holds a shit more weight for majors rather than ESL's online tourney.(Plus the whole stick compatibility.)
