I fully support this. I signed the petition. Frost is my favorite character from the mortal kombat world. I loved her Yuan Yang fighting style from mortal kombat deadly alliance way back in 2002. She was a wonderful character... getting a full revamp of her visual look would be a huge treat and bring me great enjoyment.

Why not make every character in the game all ice ninjas then if they can all be different? Just because they can doesn't mean they should. At this point theres no more need for overlapping powers and fighting styles. DLC characters should be all about adding as much variety as possible. Frost vs Subzero is not as different as Fujin vs Sub or Havik vs Sub etc

Diversity in playstyle yes. But not in background or aesthetics. I want diversity across all categories of design. I have no doubt that both will have different moves if she were in, but both characters would result in animations where the opponent is left frozen in ice, and we dont need more of that

Wasn't Frost supposed to be DLC in previous game? Killer frost probably got Frost's moveset in Injustice. I can't think of any other reason why they chose her over Captain Cold.

Edit: that said, i don't think they are going to create new moveset for frost, they gave you Frost in injustice.

Again, it's been proven by NRS plenty of times that even though two characters can have similar abilities, they can be totally different and unique from each other For example

Sheeva and Goro
Cyrax and Sektor
Batman and Batgirl
Green Lantern and Sinestro
Shazam and Black Adam
The Joker and Harley Quinn

you get the point. Plus if Killer Frost can be totally different from Sub Zero then I am sure the same can be for Frost.

Dude a lot of people were pissed at the fact that we got Batgirl. They can make them different and Batgirl was different from Batman. But thematically and visually they are the same: black costume, batman characters who use gadgets. We got Batgirl when Batgirl could have been Static, Blue Beetle, Etrigan, Deadman, Weather Wizard, Atrocitus, etc. Characters who'd offer thematic and visual diversity to the cast and would offer a wider pallette of gameplay opportunities
