I don't think Boot 2 is Reiko. Just went through the comics, and, in them, Reiko has spiked shin-guards and knee-guards.

No clue who it is though. Surely they wouldn't give us an alt in there.

Looking at the mock roster select screen... the only two characters #2 can belong to are Kenshi or Erron Black. There are a couple shots in the story trailer of Erron's boots and it is not him.

Either it is Kenshi or someone unannounced which would mean that there are more characters than we know. Baraka?

Also, would you say the left boot in that pic is #3, which it is confirmed to be?

It's not Kenshi's mk9 boot, and it's not Sonya's.

I honestly don't think it's a surprise character, so I'll stick with Kenshi until proven otherwise.
