Just focus on the image. I'm sorry but I smell NPC harder here than anything. His hands are soft and smooth like artists didn't even add textures or nuance to his skin, highly indicative of an NPC. Baraka doesn't have cheek spikes, and I don't see his signature metal blades anywhere as the image shows just standard Tarkatan bones/stubs. And for the jump ship achievement , he jumps ship and try's to fight you once you win a match with conditions just like the secret fights in mk9. They will make this npc tarkatan tough as balls tho to kill I'm betting

Keep in mind these photos are from an older build. If you look at all the pictures you see some wonky and unrefined things other than Baraka.

Well I guess we'll see in a few weeks. Its funny cuz I always saw Baraka as kinda iconic. I remember seeing him on the Deception cover and it was one of the most bad-ass images I had seen. It was actually part of the reason I wanted the game. I wish we were still in the days of unlocking characters even if they were just for fun and not competitive. I'd play with him even if he had only one variation.

Nah that Cant be Baraka. His Style of Clothing is always more Grand than that. It looks to basic. Maybe a regular Tarkartan.

I'm not sure because in the other pics we saw earlier the other Tarkatans looked a lot worse than him with less texture and clothing. If he's not in the game and he's an NPC it would work out anyway since he has a minor role. Plus Baraka's outfits to me weren't really that grand anyway just slightly better than the other Tarkatans.

Cage vs Baraka 7/3 - is a massacre because they both have to fight from the same distance, Baraka isnt gonna be able to keep anything up as quickly as Cage. On top of that Cage has way more variety in his frametraps. New D1 and spin dont make a bit of differnce because he shouldnt even have the time to start up a spin and the d1 works the same as it did before really. He always had armour on Ex blades and having them fullscreen doesnt matter in the Cage matchup because Cage wont be fullscreen anyway. Chop Chop may prevent jump ins, but fortunately for us Cage isnt an airbourne character, hes an anti air character.

Really? I've seen 3.5-6.5 sometimes but never anything like 3.2-6.8. Doesn't matter, it gave me a good laugh anyway.
