Inquiries About Second Net During Combos

First off, I apologize if this has already been found and shot down.

Now here's the question; the current way people tend to play is to like to leave the opponent standing to stop wakeups, but why doesn't Cyrax take advantage of the second net in a combo leaving a person standing?

Also, I stumble upon another possible reset utilizing this, at least in the corner.

I was practicing corner combos and just messing around when I did JIP, 21 Net, JIP 21 EX Bomb, Close Bomb, 33 second Net which left them standing and got hit by the close bomb causing a reset situation.

If any actual pro players out there can play with this, I think it could be really good, assuming it's inescapable by normal players.

Again, sorry if this scenario has been beat into the ground. Just something I found, that I haven't really seen talked about, at least the possible reset I found, not just the second net standing deal. I'd make a video demonstrating what I'm talking about, but no camera or anyway to record from my PS3.

Thanks for reading.

Oh and I was thinking of the whole after-patch-time frame when his resets are taken out.

The reset or the standing portion as well? Either way, my bad then. No idea how I missed that thread.
The reset is gonna be gone.

Leaving the opponent standing helps depending on the situation. If you finish a large combo with net, the opponent will be shot out too far for you to get any decent pressure because of speed. Im talking about something like 2,1~net, jps, 2,1~Exb, mb, d2, b2, 3,3~net. It still works for the corner and is a nice change of pace once in a while but i still prefer ending with 1,2,1~saw and start bomb corner pressure.

If you finish a meterless smaller combo with 2nd net however, it becomes more useful as the oponent will drop closer to you and the 2nd net will give you advantage. Something like 1,2~net, njp, b2, 2,1, 3,3~net. You get to continue pressure.
