(Supposedly) Polish Magazine Reveals Kabal as Living Tower Modification and Fujin as....(Spoilers)

Well the big info is that its possible that Fujin is the "returning big bad one". Basically because after his death the weather goes apeshit. Also Kuhbawl Cyrax and Rain 100% confirmed in tower mode as support.

This is what irks me, if all 3 of them get in, if jackie and jax get in, and if Kenshi and Takeda get in, but not Rain, then I call it an extremely bad move from NRS, the more original the better, I know they want relatives in but I can't imagine them being too different between them.

I'm not gonna talk smack about Cassie, because female cocky fighters are one of the two type of female characters that I actually like seeing and playing as in fighting games. But with her in, why the fuck would we need Sonya? Actually out of all the MK9 characters, the one thing that made me really happy about Cassie (and at first I didn't like her) was that Sonya was likely out. Of course not. And likely we're also getting JAX and JACQUI.

Not to mention that OUT OF ALL the ninjas RAIN HAS THE MOST abilities to warrant 3 variations.

He has three different abilities that wouldn't need to be made up like Scorpion now throwing a fireball or summoning skeletons or simply using his swords.

It makes me mad time and time again despite having my favorites dropped in nearly every game.
SoulCalibur- Hwang, my favorite, has been dropped since SoulCalibur 2. He was my main in SoulBlade and SoulCalibur 1. He got an updated moveset in SoulCalibur 3 arcade edition but in SoulCalibur 4 they brought everyone, including a loli character who got an updated moveset in SC3 AE, minus Li Long and Hwang.

Tekken- I have two favorites in this. Both were dropped in tekken 3. Kazuya and Baek. They returned but now in tekken 7 Baek is dropped again.

Street Fighter- Guy was dropped in SF3. He only returned in SSF4. Currently not in SF5. Hopefully part of the next batch of characters (season 2 of SF5)

Dead or Alive- Ein is my favorite. They dropped him in the vanilla version of DoA 5.

It sucks. My favorites aren't given chances to gather more fans and thus increasing the odds of them showing up in the next games.

Such an unlucky bastard! I feel for you man, I was hoping for Jhun in KOF 2001 but they decide to bring a new char: May Lee. Fuck I hate her so much :mad:.

Fujin better not be dead. I was hoping he'd get tired of Raiden's fucking-everything-up-ness and maybe take him out/take over as Earthrealms protector but dying?! Pls no :(

Raiden is basically Fujin's boss. Remember what happened to every other second in command whose ever stood against their boss in the series?

I really hope he's in the game, I liked him in MK9 but didn't find him much fun to play. I think with variations he has a lot potential and yes LBSH the character is badass as fuck.

Fujin and Ermac for MK 11
Fujin bad or dead? ehhh I don't know...he was one of the Gods Sub-Zero originally fought in Mythologies but that was cause he was one of the protectors of the Amulet.

I don't like this idea of "Fujin dying then possibly being Dark Fujin"? That to me doesn't even make sense since he's for one an immortal God like Raiden by rank, unless his Godly powers get removed some how? I'm sure the comic will tell more about this, he definitely seems weaker than Raiden as the Kamidogu explosion put a hole in Fujin's belly literally then Raiden healed him instantly...

I don't know man, I love the MK lore but if Ermac winds up being evil and Fujin dies I'm going to be annoyed that lol.

The kabal news I don't really care much about lol, I can live without him.

Either way, soon in one of the streams they're supposed to talk a lot about storymode....hopefully someone can confirm this.

yes you're absolutely right. It's not like I can go to twitter right now or the past year and see people shouting from the rooftops asking for Jax and Sonya while nobody asked for Rain or Smoke. /s

when you say tower you mean like a modification or do we have silhoutes of them in towers like they're fighters we can fight against?

Its written that they only support/disturb you while you fight by using their special moves. No mention of them being playable.

Whats your point, you think I can't find three times as many twitters with Scorpion / Sub Zero avs, user names, backgrounds, etc? Every characters got fans, some have more, some have less. Your favorites have less. Deal with it.

ign said you just see projectiles pop up on screen, you don't see the character.

rain assist : bubbles, cyrax assist : bombs, apparently kabal assist: blades.

Is NRS seriously not giving Rain a spot on the main roster in yet another fucking mortal kombat game? WTF? The character has a big fanbase and yet he's by far the least developed character in the entire franchise.

Here's his entire bio: He is an edenian prince who joined Shao Kahn for power and happens to be a demi-god as he's half Elder God half edenian. That's it.
Even Mokap has a more extensive bio.

Also... Fujin rocks. His design in the comics rocks.
Fujin has to be playable because so far MKX is disappointing as fuck to me in terms of roster.

Forget Rain! I wouldn't have minded him if we didn't have so many characters from the previous game already. People demand the same characters every freaking game....

He's unique, but that doesn't mean he's good. I always thought his design looked super-ugly. But I know other people like him and that's cool.
