I don't personally have a need for Scorpion costumes or statues and art books I'll look at once and never again, more power to those of you who are hype for this though.

Premium seems to be the best bet. You get all the good stuff, digital copy, skins, 4 DLC. Later the komplete edition hard copy can be bought for pennies.

I don't understand the Premium Edition pricing. $90 - $60 game = $30 for 4 DLC characters.. So either the DLC is more expensive this time around, or there was a gaffe somewhere.

I'll go with the Gamestop edition for $95. Game + DLC. Then throw the exclusive Scorpion skin on eBay, because we all know there will be many willing to overpay and drop $30+ on it. Make some money back! Selling my Arrow skin for $50 pretty much paid for Injustice.

The big question I have is this. If I get the Kombat Pack, is it going to cover the extra 2 DLC characters that come out in a year that break the game? I was pretty pissed off that I bought the Season Pass for IGAU and then I still have to pay for MMH and Magic Bitch.

Maybe that's why it's not called a Season Pass this time...loophole.

They weren't included because they weren't part of the season. There was no reason to release a 2nd pass for two characters.

I was thinking this exactly. Injustice (and mk9 if I remember correctly) the season passes were 4 chars for the price of three. If that is the case then DLC chars will be 10 dollars a pop this time around instead of 5.

that has been true for most fighting games with guest characters. I for one can't stand guest characters.

Happened with Soulcalibur and Mortal Kombat. Once you have one guest in your game suddenly all questions are about who is going to be the next one on the next game.

Meanwhile old favorites won't get to see the light of day in favor of random shitty guest character that Joe Imbecile needs in his fightan gaem.

$59.99 base game (25 slots as of the last Kombat Kast (including Goro since it looks like slot is tacked on at the end)) + $30.00 for 4 DLC Characters ($7.50 per character, including garbage cross-marketing guest characters) = 29 Characters, almost guaranteeing there will be a season 2 ($7.50 * 2) and a lot of DLC costume packs ($5.99 * 5).

That's $134.94 for a single game, over twice the price of the original.

I'll just wait a year for the Komplete Edition and buy it all for $59.99. No matter how much money I have, that's just an irresponsible amount of money to pay for a single video game.
