What's your desktop browser window size? It seems fine for me on my laptop (screen res height 900px). On mobile I can def. see the annoyance, so I'm debating a fix where under certain screen sizes, that 3rd row of tabs (Watched Threads, Mark Forums Read, Watched Forums etc.) just disappears automatically once you scroll down enough for the menu to become sticky.
No vines, as there's nothing that really pertains to this site's subject matter that requires them and they'd be a further performance hit.
Man so theme is an evolution, not a revolution. I see people post stupid gifs all the time why not Vines which is the way of the future.
