Vapor is described as a "blue Scorpion" with the abilities to manipulate water. Part human, part Cyborg-Animal, the mysterious Vapor uses the enhanced cannons on his back shoulders to shoot torrents of "Hydrolis" (a chemical that "only Vapor can explain" which has "magical powers depending on the situation.")
Unknown to the others, Vapor is pictured with Scorpions spear (how?) which plays a major role in his lineage. Vapor hates Sub Zero because he killed Vapors family (though it is claimed Sub Zero has "no memory of this.") Vapor will stop at nothing to eliminate Sub Zero, even moving huge boulders to get his chance to fight him. The Hydrolis chemical is super effective against Sub Zero as it was created with Sub Zeros DNA.

Hydrolis Water Beams [EN has Dual Streams]

Vaporisation
Teleporting Abilities [EN is double teleport]
Zoning moves
Vapors fatality would be he slowly vaporises his opponent before inhaling them, thusly joining his lifeforce for when Vapor makes his "Final Breath".
