Thank you for running a top notch tournament. The only tournament I've been too that wasn't a colossal failure. (I only went to all the bad ones last year lol).

They only way to fix the monitor blackouts would be adding humidifiers to the place. All the static discharge would cut the monitors out for a split second. The discharges would happen when people would plug in a usb cord into the system without touching the tip with their fingers to clear the static. It also happened if you got shocked while playing and touching the metal part of the chair.

So you can fix it by making sure the south is less dry.

Or not having metal in the chairs.

Or having every single person remember to touch their usb cord before plugging it in.

All 3 of those things are very hard to do. Or maybe all powerstrips to be surge protected? (that might not even fix it, I'm not sure.)
