I'd laugh my ass off so hard if they said you have to buy the first issue of the MK X comics for a character reveal each month til it hits haha. But I know WB and NRS would never do that. Of course someone would just post it online anyway...

KL coming back calling it now one of the 4 possibilities:

1. Raiden brought him back some how.

2. Elder Gods brought him back(if they wanted they could easily)

3. Quan-Chi brought him back via his sorcery and being a necromancer...

4. Something to do with the ancient Kung Lao spirit possessed/revived Kung Lao in MK 9 that died back to the realm of the living(brought him back to life)

My guess is that he's going to be a member of the "Quan Chi undead army" in order for Lao's mk9 death to fit in the mkx story. Probably one of his 3variations will be the "good", classic Shaolin Lao and the other two may be his newer variations.

Just read through the posts @Pronto posted, thanks. Though a lot of the scans sadly are way far can't read a lot of the details from the far shots/scans. I hope someone on here buys it and can break down everything.

Good theory, I figured though the undead puppets of QC would look a bit different though perhaps glowing red eyes or something I dont know, but guess time will tell

Maybe they are at first but then at some point are saved/revived/freed from QC's control. Only thing I can think of that would explain the good guy look and aging.

Lao orbiting hat in tempest reminds me of Rose's ultra 2 from Street fighter 4 or Black adams trait from injustice. I wonder about the availability, time restriction and meter dependency of this move. If not handled properly, it looks like it has the potential to be broken.
