Will we get a "New" MKX character reveal tomorrow?

Don't know what the beef with KL is. There were far worse characters in MK9 to deal with.

And everyone is assuming the characters in this game will be as good or bad as their mk9 incarnation.

As long as we don't have retarded air projectiles like Zod or Kabal or the retardness of Bane mains traiting and meter burning their way to top 8's, then I look forward to what Mk x has to offer.

Well Zod wouldn't be so bad if it wasnt for how they made Lex. Bane though man, that character is braindead. Imagine if all of Sheevas special grabs were unblockable with all that armour. NRS can't balance characters without thinking armour is the answer. This isn't a debate on Bane....I genuinely hope that NRS looks at all the dumb stuff there was in mk9 AND igau and gives a really fun competitive game in MK x

Lol, if Sheeva had a fraction of what Bane has I wouldn't have cried myself to sleep so many nights during the mk9 days.

I hate when people do this. First you say "BANE SUCKS SHIT AND YOU ARE WRONG IF YOU LIKE HIM" and immediately go "nobody can argue about it tho".
It's like suckerpunching me outta nowhere and then saying "hey, no fighting! fighting is bad!" Well maybe you shouldn't have punched someone in the first place.

Also he isn't actually old as shit like he looked in the Finnish scans, they were just faded in a way that made him look all gray.

In the new scans he clearly has black with grey streaks like Kano.

Awesome.

So, there will be special forces, brotherhood of hadows, lin kuei, black dragon and white lotus. Right now we have these:
- special forces: Casey Cage
- brotherhood of shadows: Quan Chi, scorpion (maybe)
- lin kuei: SubZero
- black dragon: Kano
- white lotus: raiden, kung lao
we don't know about ferra/torr, kotal, d'vorah, goro. We can assume there will be at least 2 members for each faction. But I really think there would be at least 3 members for each clan, so these are my guesses:
- special forces: Casey, Sonya, Johnny
- brotherhood: Quan chi, scorpion, d'vorah
- lin kuei: subzero, sektor, new char
- black dragon: kano, ferra/torr, new char
- white lotus: raiden, kung lao, kai
kotal & goro sub bosses.
I don't think we can fit the MKX roster in just those 5 clans, I don't know what NRS are thinking but it doesn't feel right. Anyway, the last point I want to make is that after the fall of Shao Kahn these 5 clans will fight to take control of the outworld, and I think MKX story will revolve around that. What do you think?

And he's got a pony tail! I don't know why I'm tripping out over it but it's cool.

I certainly cannot wait to see more of this guy in action.


And I'm kinda anxious to hear the music for this arena. Kinda hoping it's got the Tekunin arena's beat from Armageddon.


(I really think that's the only thing about Armageddon that I liked.)

You dont have to tell me that, but 2 months I think they can reveal a few updates especially when theysaid such prior 'un upcoming montgs we'll reveal more'

Well, its 2015....lol They said that back in october, just saying. Youre right nobody's entitled but Im also a believer of if youre going to promise something, do it. Remember, nrs told us to keep a look out for more info. We're merely trying to be patient.

But if that's true it would mean anybody that wants to go online with lets say Goro will not get all the "experience" as somebody that plays Kano or Quan Chi for example. I mean they even talk about playing in groups of 3 with other close friends, so I think it would suck if your char doesn't belong to any of the revealed factions. Here I hope they reveal more factions tbh.

lol My pants are dry man, you should know me by now man. When it comes to MK I'm just as anxious for news as anyone and have always been and will always be loyal to MK during good times and bad :D

I agree that those people who are like "if you don't give me updates or if Kitana aint in, Boon not buying game"! Those people aren't true fans IMO.

I'm not sure what you think the "experience" is. All factioning does is let you pool points for the leaderboards. You earn them offline and online regardless of the character you pick. You're not going to change it constantly if you like more than one character. That'd be asinine.
