Need help determining input lag of my monitor

Does anyone know where to find the input lag for a Philips 24PFL3507H/12 monitor? I've searched all over and can't find an answer other than "slightly laggy but not an issue". Does anyone have the same monitor? I want to use this for SF4 while my original 2-3f input lag monitor is used for KI.

@Qwark28 test it out by yourself.

Just take your pc , hook it up to your monitor and then start a timer , take photos , use some math et voilà you got your ms input lag

I have a laptop and no idea on how to do what you just said.

You hook up your laptop to the monitor via HDMI and then you start a timer program ( one that displays at least milliseconds , you can download it from internet ) on your pc , take a few photos and make an average of the difference between the timer from the laptop screen and monitor screen , there you have your monitor average lag
