Why would I use shitty ring toss when I get armor on frame 0 with Venom upper, a move that is only 1 frame slower?

Why would I use shitty ring toss when I get armor on frame 0 with Venom upper, a move that is only 1 frame slower?

In banes case you would just armor through the gap , and full cast can punish with mb b3 but theres still the threat of b223 third hit is low and cant be reversed
