I don't have a converter from xbox to ps3... Do we need to bring something to play on the xbox stations? And what is needed to make the stream happen? Perhaps i have what we need

It appears more people than I thought have bits and pieces here and there of equipment needed and I'm not very knowledgeable about streaming aside from press the "share button" on PS4. So who would be interested in becoming part of the official Montreal Mayhem Stream Kouncil to handle this and get our stream up and running?
