Because everyone's been keeping quiet up until this point under the assumption that people would *eventually* get paid. If no one's getting paid, the solution is not to sweep the issue under the rug. Blow that shit up, call Kotaku, lawyer up, etc. This has now been, what, at least the third tournament scam in the past 3 years? Gamers are so used to getting screwed that they don't even care anymore, and that needs to change.

And if it doesn't? Well then, shit, I'm going to be running the world's biggest game tournament in Fiji. Online prereg: send $100 entry fee directly to me Bitcoin only.

They need to see if they can reach out to someone in the Caribbean to hopefully get this matter resolved. What's happneieng here is sooooo irrelevant. i do agree. we should blow it up. we should call kotaku and lawyer up. but honestly, the course of action we are taking by being silent and randomly posting on a forum that is pretty unlikely get any attention outside of our own community won't really help us much.
