Actually, some negative things to say about the game also as a side note:

-Color pallette *is* dull and boring. Please liven it up for the next one NRS. Desaturated Superheroes are lame.
-Character models and animations are mostly fine...but some of the faces are extremely questionable, especially for female characters. Take life drawing classes or just go the bioware route and face scan some damned models NRS.
-Been said to death, but the music is awful and even worse, repetitive. In general I hate the trend in movies and games to push all soundtracks to be nothing but ambience and atmospheric stuff. Lets get some actual character themes for the next one like killer instinct. Seriously, this guy's stuff is hardly great but it still provides a lot more character and personality than what your composer put in the game:

^Frankly, that goes for MKX also. Good music is an unappreciated part of making a game hype IMO.

Not in the game, that's my point. Its the same lame boring ambient track for every single fight.....lame....

I'm not arguing to hire the guy, I agree his stuffs not that good. I'm just saying that it still shows more effort and gives more personality than whats in the game now. Lets get an actual composer and have him make some real character themes for next time.

3D hitboxes in a 2D fighter is not great.
Long stages with slow walk speed will always frustrate me.
Giving characters faster walk back speeds than many characters walk forward speeds was a bad decision.
Injustice: Useless strings among us.
2 Rounds are better than 1 lifebar.
Needs better universal options to deal with projectiles other than jump and block-dash. For example sliding low normals or a better armor dash cancel system.
Multiple projectiles on screen at once from one character.... really?

I really don't think Bane's trait is "stupid" at all. In fact, I think it's definitely one of the better designs. It does need tuning and has its faults, for example the debuff time definitely needs to be longer and he should take a lot more chip damage when in debuff, but these are just tuning problems rather than the design itself.

The clash system is a horrible design. While it leads to a handful of interesting moments, it leads to one problematic situation that just defies logic. When Player A has 80% of their life, and Player B has 20% for example.

Player A has to hit Player B 4 to 7 individual times, avoiding second hits, just because it´ll give B a chance to regain 30% of their health. And in doing this, they put themselves at constant risk of losing their entire health lead. How many stupid comebacks have we seen just because one player wasn´t allowed to hit the other character more than once for the rest of the match?

In that situation, player A will still have a life lead no matter what happens in the clash
Also, this is what strong, unclashable moves are for (mbb3/f3)
It's a fair comeback mechanism. Both players have to deal with it at some point.
If the player made a comeback it's because they played it smarter than the other person who couldn't finish off their opponent when they were in that situation.

You can do 100% to bane with trait in the corner when he is on Debuff. And mid screen as well. :3

Not really, considering it's supposed to come with a massive debuff. If the debuff was more detrimental it would be completely fine in my opinion.

Depending on who Bane is playing against or the person behind the Bane player, his debuff means NOTHING unless he gets hit. You're not guaranteed a damn thing while he's debuffed other than a shitload of damage if you manage to open him up.

God help you if he lands a combo on you while in debuff and draws out the combo for as long as possible to ride out the debuff timer.
