And there's a much better way to explain this to him than calling him a bitch.Standing like a deer in headlights then trying to ego boost doesn't help him at all. Fool should learn to not be a target and intimidate back.
OOPS...I didn't catch the suck him "in"...my bad.Oh you...
He could just walk away, ignore him, and etc. He doesn't have to be confrontational unless the guys touches him, then it is anything goes haha. I have had people say some things to me I didn't really like, but if I decided to confront all those ppl, I doubt I would be in college right now lol.Standing like a deer in headlights then trying to ego boost doesn't help him at all. The douche gave the OP a hug afterwards. There's no way I'd let that guy hug me after saying something like that.He could just walk away, ignore him, and etc. He doesn't have to be confrontational unless the guys touches him, then it is anything goes haha. That would probably open up a new set of problems.Fuck him.
I've never heard anyone ever say anything like this before.Racism now a days seems to be more of a problem than when I was a kid, it's like we're going back in time (thanks to the corporate media).
Male, age 31, from Northern California.I've never heard anyone ever say anything like this before.
Where are you from?
I can respect this, checking ppl is something that has to be done, especially in high school. I haven't had anyone talk to me in a racist way or whatever in high school, but if someone tries to be stereotypical, I will check that automatically. You're a freshman? My advice to you is this. The moment somebody trys you up you check that shit right then and there. Make a scene if you have tom even if you lose you'll still gain respect. Think about it like this. Would you rather take one L, or go through 4 yearsbof high school being bullied becuae you never stood up to anybody? If you felt strong enough to write this post then its on hour mind to the point where it should be addressed. Next time he try you cofront him and let him know you're not the one. That's my take.
this^^, all the fools in high school, u won't see most of them for the rest of ur life after high school. High school drama and stuff ain't worth it, education comes first always and your priorities family wise and stuff. That would probably open up a new set of problems.

The way I deal with racism, or any kind of verbal abuse in general is to just ignore it.
Genuinely stop giving a fuck.
As long as things don't get physical, or are about to get physical, why should you even care?
I've conditioned myself to go "why even?" before making any decision, that's all it takes to figure out that 90% of small things like this aren't worth the time or effort.
Don't let words hold power over you, especially not from some douche you probably won't see ever again in 2-4 years.
I got a simple solution, find new friends...I wouldn't be hanging out wit simple minded females who find an asshole like that interesting in the first place...I mean you can still hang around with them for the time being, but I would be low key building up a new squad on the side...As for the rude jokes that that guy is spewing toward u, ignore it, words and insults only hold as much power as you give them, his words shouldn't have the power to control ur feelings and actions...you know who you are and what your capable of better then anyone around u...Look I'm here to seek genuine advice on this topic. I'm a freshman in highschool and today I was trick-or-treating with my friends. The girls that I was hanging out with saw this football player guy that they knew and started talking to him. He's one of those guys that says the rudest things, yet still gets the attention of girls. So while he's talking about, "which girl wants to suck my dick" and other stuff like that I'm just standing there waiting for the girls to leave with me. They don't. After a while, he starts picking on my ethnicity (Asian). The way he said it was like, "Hey are you good at math??" and pull his eyes. And just as I get mad, he would hug me and be like, "yeah we're friends" and other stuff like that. So my question is, "What would you do in this situation?"
