There's two good things about this video:

1) This will get fixed (hopefully) since it's now known.
2) The chip damage in the game is SO LOW from what I can gather.

For information, according to the frame data on this MKX version, this overhead move is +25 on block ! I tried all the things I can do, poke, backdash, jump... Nothing to do.

Everyone:

None of the frame data is set yet. Most of it is just initial placeholder data. The characters have yet to be tweaked and balanced yet, so there is a lot of wonky stuff that you will never see in the final game.
