Depends on how laggy the connection is. If it's laggy then NW top 5. If it's not so laggy then NW is bottom 10 but Braindead is top 5, so you still lose.
As far as I know some people reported same stuff happening on nextgen consoles. Considering how hardware of those consoles are even closer to modern PCs than oldgen are, and that IGAUUE is basically another (possibly rather similar) port, that doesn't seem implausible to me.
A little update on my experience: it appears that devs probably introduced frameskip into the game. Not sure though. Bottom line is clear though: I really need better rig
Another bump: it seems I only get frameskips on certain stages (not surprised though), one of them being lower part of Gotham stage, maaaybe Arkham stages as well, don't remember.
Is it that these stages are indeed hardware-intensive, or there's something I don't understand?
P.S. I'm definitely getting new video card by the end of the year...

That's weird you have a better video card then mine, and I don't get those frameskips, perhaps because of the overclock, but weird, maybe lower ingame settings?

I don't really have them cranked up. Tbh I've started to have issues not from the very beginning. Something just... happened one day (maybe it was driver update by GF CP, I dunno, but it's possible). I dunno, maybe it's time for prophylactic OS wipe
