Let me ask you a couple of post-WCW questions.

1. Has Nubcake's loss to 16 Bit confirmed to you that Catwoman vs. Aquaman is 5:5?

2. Does Raven have the best zoning in the game?

3. Is Solomon Grundy top 5 or is Tyrant a down player?

1. Catwoman Aquaman is a 3-7 that has never been won in tournament match and never will.

2. Maybe, however Zoning is not viable in this game so it matters little.

3. Grundy is bottom 5 and has no damage, mixups, or mobility. All he has is WC(C), but let's be serious, free armor isn't that good anyway.

Why would you compare tournament games with MU numbers :confused:? It's just a ft3. Maybe if Theo and Bit played a ft50 or something like that you could decide a number.

wait didnt bit beat nubcakes aquaman? and how does grundy not have damage? thats all he has lol

1. Aside from Bit making solid reads and utilizing his momentum really well, I lost to him because of the plethora of combos that I dropped during our set. Had I not dropped the game-winning combo during the first match, I could have won the set. This is still a clear-cut bad matchup for CW.

2. Raven does have some of the best zoning in game. Saying she has THE best zoning is still arguable though.

3. Grundy, IMO, is really reallyyyy good, just not top 5 for the same reason Reptile could never be top 5. They do well against quite a bit of the cast, but when it comes to the actual top 5 characters (including, but not limited to: MMH, AM, Zod, Supes, BG), they have problems. In Grundy's case, he also has trouble with other characters in the cast as well. Also, the insane number of grab immune strings/specials doesn't help either. Tyrant's godlike execution, spacing, and reads are what allow people to develop the notion that he is top 5.

I think you're misinterpreting that the characters are top 10 rather than the people playing them are top 10. I've been playing Catwoman as my secondary since last December... and she's still not very good. I think it's Bit, Tyrant, and Ducky who make god like reads are incredibly good at adapting to other characters. So good players can be good with bad characters, but from the fundamentals of the characters they're not great themselves and the good players have to work sooo much more with these characters to get anywhere.
