UMK3+
This game determines the best players with specific characters in UMK3-MKAK (for PSN) as far as membership on TestYourMight is concerned.
RULES
RULES
- If available, feel free to claim one of the unclaimed characters as your own to serve as a "temporary" champion. Your official crowning as champion will not take effect until you defeat another player in competition. If after 30 days, nobody has challenged the "temporary" champions, they will be awarded the title by default. You may only claim one vacant character at a time.
- Each TITLE BOUT is 11 MATCHES. The first 5 MATCHES will be MIRROR matches played with the chosen character. After that, whoever is in the lead will stay with the chosen charcter. The other player counterpicks them with whoever they want until they manage to win. If the counterpicker wins, then the counterpicker plays as the chosen character and the opponent counterpicks until they manage to win. The idea is to see which player knows the character best from an offensive AND defensive standpoint. If at any time one player amasses 6 wins, the game is over.
- Challenge a player with a title. This can be done on either in this thread or directly with the title holder via PM or PSN.
- A challenge can be acknowledged either on this thread or directly through PSN. All results must be posted on this thread. PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME WITH RESULTS DIRECTLY THROUGH PM OR PSN.
- A player who has a title may challenge other title holders for their belts.
- If you lose a match, you enter into that character's graveyard and must wait at least 30 days before issuing a challenge for that same title. This allows you time to improve your skills and the defending champion doesn't get bogged down defending the title against the same person all the time. You can still issue challenges for other titles in the meantime.
- You are allowed to issue only 1 challenge at a time. You must wait until a previous challenge is complete before you can issue another challenge to someone.
- Both players MUST confirm scores. If a person loses and refuses to confirm their loss then they will receive a warning. Multiple violations will result in being banned from the game altogether. The only exception to this would be posting a video to show the results.
- If a player voluntarily quits a match, they forfeit the match and their title (if applicable.)
- Challenges should be responded to within a reasonable length of time (no more than one week.) If a title holder constantly misses challenges, they will be warned/stripped of their belt depending on the frequency it occurs.
- If a player retires, leaves TYM, or gets banned/suspended from the site, they automatically forfeit any titles they may have.
