This is one of the most hype news I have heard this month. Kojima is a genius in storytelling with my favorite series metal gear solid. Silent hill is also a cherished series but has trekked to a downcoming (homecoming and downpour pun) . I am really psyched to see how this will go and if it will revive my love for the silent hill series.

I'm a big fan of del Torro but I think Kojima is a bit overrated. I've never been in love with the Metal Gear series like everyone else. Still though this duo might have some pretty kick ass results.

You have Kojima whose only Silent Hill experience is the first movie (which scared him). You have Guillermo Del Toro who's made shit like Pacific Rim and Hellboy (this makes him a qualified member). Then you have Norman Reedus advertised as the main character (Konami aiming for that pleb level audience). You have none of the talent of Team Silent working on the game (that's why there's only 3 good Silent Hill games).

At this point, I'm wondering which fails harder. The Evil Within or Silent Hills?
