Hey, I should probably make a post about this.


The Dayton/Cincinnati (Ohio) crew gets together every Thursday at Arcade Legacy to play some Injustice (And other games as well for some of our members) at Fight Night.
We alternate every week between a night of friendlies and a tournament night.

If you are around the Cincinnati area and you're NOT showing up for Fight Nights at Arcade Legacy, change your ways and come be one of the cool kids.

RULES:

Venue Fee: $5
IJ tournament (360): $2
IJ side tournaments (360): Free, but depends on how much time we have left over.

Please pay Venue Fee to Arcade Legacy's Front Desk. Please sign up for tournaments with, and pay Entry Fees to, me (David/Fromundaman/The French Guy).

-All sets will be 3/5.
-Stage select rules are double random.
-Loser may elect to change character and/or redo double random stage selection. Winner must remain with their character.
-Pauses will be left up to the player to decide if they want to take the match or not.
-THIS IS ON 360! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WORKING EQUIPMENT!
-I will ensure all consoles are hotfixed before the tournament begins.

-This will start at 8 PM every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. If there is time we will do a free 2v2 team tournament before or after the main event.

-If we have 7 or less entrants, we will do a round robin tournament. In this case, the pay structure is
1st place: 75%
2nd place: 25%
-If we have 8 or more entrants then we will do a double elimination bracket. Seeding will be randomized. The payout for the double elimination bracket is as follows:
1st place: 65%
2nd place: 35% - $2
3rd place: $2
(Basically 3rd place always gets their money back, 1st place takes 65% and 2nd gets what's left.)

Please try to stick around when the event starts so that I don't have to chase you guys all over for matches. I don't want to DQ anyone, but it could happen if people are constantly disappearing and holding up the event.

Good games to everyone who played!

It's awesome to see that while people keep saying this game is going to die, our scene is actually growing and our games are getting hype enough that people from our other scenes are wanting to start playing too.


Also.... HOW DID I THROW AWAY SUCH HUGE LIFELEADS?! HOOOOOOOOOW????

Step Yo Game Up pretty much doesn't exist or the time being. The Melee players at our scene normally have the stream on the Thursdays, which is our "Fight Night". We have a monthly event called "Brutality" and it has around 17-20 that show up, to my knowledge. Here's the thread for the tournament.
