Ah, the irony...I avoided getting the Unbroken bounty, of course the next match I got in a pike on the Moon and went crazy.
I was always carrying a Handcannon with me, but I never actually used it and honestly I don't know why. Could you hold your own against someone using an AutoRifle? How many shots it took to kill a player with full health? Three?Handcannon is amazing as it causes soooooooooo much flinch when you hit someone with it, and it's power is ridiculous if you land a head shot
Titan class confirmed a bill?So 7 out of the top 10 on PSN are hunters... lets nerf the titans and warlocks![]()
from full health 4 body shots, but a headshot did about 75% of someones total health/armour, so 2 if you got a head shot at any point.Ah, the irony...
When the game launches, I'll make sure to pick any ridiculous bounties available just in case.

I see. I don't think I was killed by any Handcannons, since everyone's crazy about AutoRifles, so that's also why I was curious. Thanks! I'll give the Searcher a try next time!from full health 4 body shots, but a headshot did about 75% of someones total health/armour, so 2 if you got a head shot at any point.
It could hold its own against a machine gun if you didn't miss, as I said the flinch from being hit by it is extreme, but as soon as you miss and their aim recovers then it's GG
I have both systemsin ps4 you play it?
I saw WAY more Warlocks.I don't think it's that the hunter is the best class... it's just that the hunter is the MOST PLAYED class... everyone and their brother wants a sniper and a cloak. Not surprised at all.
All I saw were hunters lolI saw WAY more Warlocks.
Most of the people that go and get 1 kill with their super are just fuckin scrubs that think it's about getting meaningless frags.I am playing hunter mainly for the super. I usually get a least 2 kills on average per use. While I notice titans are getting 1 as well as warlocks on average. Yes they can get more but it's not all that common from what I've seen. Don't forget most of the people who cry on the internet are scrubs and think everything should be nerfed. This site is perfect proof of that when a new game gets released. They lose to something and immediately cry nerf.
If you make it so it doesn't kill, then kids will cry because their super isn't "as good as the other classes"Titan should play much more like the Warrior from Diablo 2, since that's the skill set it's obviously based on.
Right now the skill is like a nuke- it does ridiculous damage, but the charge time is absurd. I hardly ever get to play my class as something unique.
So make it MUCH weaker, but let me use it MUCH more often. The Warrior's leap attack in RPG games is half attack, half mobility tool. You use it to get in an deal damage while avoiding long-range fire, as much as you use it to leap out of the way and into cover quickly when you've taken more damage- half weapon, half mobility tool: that's how it ought to be. It gives it strategy and depth- more than just being like a charging super power, skills like this should be tightly integrated into how the classes play.
I agree with what you said about the damage indicator. It was pretty poop IMOThankfully bungie already talked about the changes to vehicles. Also think the auto rifle is a bit too good. The damage per second plus the free head shot from recoil (Seriously just aim at the body and mash the trigger.) I'm garbage at shooters and pretty much used only the auto rifles for those reasons.
Shotguns seem fine to me as you they are only optimal in a specific range.
Fusion rifles also seem alright to me . Yea two hits from it will kill you, but then again you have to charge it. Can't comment on the scout or sniper rifles as I didn't use them much in pvp.
One thing I don't like is the heavy weapons ammo on the field. I just feel we should have to fight for position to be able to use heavy weapons since its essentially a one hit kill.
Finally the special abilities need to be toned down to deal a bar of damage. These abilities are essentially auto kills and not skill based at all.
One thing I forgot to mention is that most of the time I have no idea if i'm getting shot from behind or above. The indicator needs some work.
coming from a Halo background.. I completely diasgree about the sniper. People are zooming in from mid range and one headshot gets them a kill. They have no fear because they don't go out of scope. If you are going to play mid to close range sniper, perfecting the no scope is part of the skill. Most of the people that go and get 1 kill with their super are just fuckin scrubs that think it's about getting meaningless frags.
I loved the warlocks super because I could float in, over an area that enemies were trying to take, BAM! drop my shit right in the middle and it kills anyone within the cap zone+ a little outside.
Also, the pulse grenade or whatever the fuck it's called is amazing. I always dropped that shit on a cap zone to clear enemies out, or while capping I would put it in one of the doorways/paths to get in and then would only have to watch 1 or 2 other paths, making it easier on myself.
Also, I disagree that you shouldn't be able to zoom with snipers while being shot. If you're lining up a shot, you shouldn't get punished by a panic spray of the kid that just noticed you and catches you with 1 bullet. That makes the game random and less skill based, and I hate randomness in games.
EDIT: Also, totally agree with you about the balancing of weapons. They need to look into that because I would like a reason to use something other than an auto-rifle. I really want the hand-cannon's to be worthwhile.
I agree that you should be able to no scope in the close range situations but I guess I'm more thinking of being knocked out of long-range situations because the kid panicked and caught you with 1 bullet.coming from a Halo background.. Yes the no scope became a big thing. Like "oh you got no scoped bitch!" Lmao that's because of not being able to scope while shotI agree that you should be able to no scope in the close range situations but I guess I'm more thinking of being knocked out of long-range situations because the kid panicked and caught you with 1 bullet.
I have a competitive Counter-Strike background so this is just my experience/opinion.
Did you get knocked out of scope when shot in halo?
I hate aim-punch. It is a bad CoD mechanic that has made it's way into other games where it doesn't belong.the biggest thing i noticed right away
no "magnet" to the player you are shooting. There is zero auto aim from what I could tell.
I also think if they really wanted the game to be balanced on a weapon level, they should have each gun do different flinch at different ranges. Something like a auto hitting at full range wont' cause any flinch so a sniper still has his advantage of gun. However, at close range the flinch is heavy on high zoom weapons.
Then you have a meta of "i'm NOT taking this weapon into corridors cuz it just wont' work"
Something like the pulse rifle now has a meaning in the mid range.... becuase it'll cause the same flinch across the same distances making it a jack of all ranges.
Idk..... i'm just throwing out ideas.
I always thought the "unzoom" of a sniper when hit was dumb...... just make the zoom go nuts.
hmmmI hate aim-punch. It is a bad CoD mechanic that has made it's way into other games where it doesn't belong.
Also, there is definitely heavy aim assist. I'm really not sure how you didn't notice it.
Ok so check this video out at the 4min mark. See how he is scoped then when he is getting shot, goes to No scope. This is the hardest thing to master in Halo. It's super difficult to do at longer ranges. I didn't come across anything close to this kind of difficulty in destiny while playing and I hope they change it to this. In Destiny there wouldn't have been a video for this because he could have stayed in scope the entire time and that's way easier.I hate aim-punch. They probably did it because they adopted the mantra of having an accuracy penalty when trying to hip fire.snip
