Guide Characters that can punish BG's b2u3 string on block

Ok, so for everyone heres benefit, I've compiled a list of all the characters that can punish BG's b2u3 (overhead vortex launching string) on block and the punishes they use:

Aquaman: d1 (full combo; d1~db2)
Batman: 1 (full combo; 113)
Batgirl: df2 (full combo; df2(MB))
Black Adam: d1
Cyborg: 1 (full combo; 11~db(MB))
Flash: db3 (7%)
Harley Quinn: 1 [must block standing] (full combo; 11~db3)
Hawkgirl: f1 (full combo; f11~df1(MB)u)
Killer Frost: 1 (full combo; 111~bd3)
Lex Luthor: u3 (10%, full combo in corner; u3~df(MB))
Lobo: d1 (d1~pumpshot)
MMH: d1 (full combo; d1~df1(MB))
NW (escrima): 1 (full combo; 11~df2)
NW (staff): d1 (full combo; d1~db2(MB))
SM: d1 [must block standing] (full combo; d1, df1)
WW (sword): f1 [must block standing] (full combo; f12~bf2(MB))

Notice how over half the cast gets a punish and over a third gets a full combo punish? I thought this was common news but from what people told me at EVO this was largely unknown. Next time someone tells you BG's vortex is safe, you can link them here and tell them, "No, her overhead option is in fact punishable by half the cast."

Not always and not by everyone. And he also has trait...

He kan space it out to where not even Flash's 6 frame Flying Uppercut kan't punish him.

I believe that they can be backdashed only when performed point-blank. Max distance they are not backdashable.

Edit: It basically depends on which active frames of B2 hit them... "Meaty" B2 can't be backdashed IIRC (it's been a while).

Weird thing is as Joker I can't do shit about her overhead option, but I do get a 50/50 on you after a blocked low option (I only get like 10% or so off of it, but it leads to a setup).

Good to know but this doesn't really change anything at all. In reality this is about as punishable as trident rush or GL's b13... (Also, WW will never be in sword in this match-up)
